Bill Baker, Jr   Born and raised in Webster Groves, MO (West St Louis County). Graduated in 1983 from Country Day High School. Bill attended Clemson University and received a BSME in Mechanical Engineering in 1987. After school he went to work for BBC Brown Boveri (today ABB and Alstom Power) as the Southeast Regional OEM Sales Manager in Columbia, SC. He moved to Chicago as the Midwest Regional OEM Manager in 1989. In 1992 he moved to St Louis with his wife, Molly, and started with Rhodes Equipment.   Today he handles, among others in Missouri and Illinois, all of the AmerenUE facilities, Southern Illinois Power Coop, Electric Energy Inc, Sikeston Power and all of Rhodes’ business in the Western Kentucky area.   He is a Past Chairman of the St Louis Section of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)   In his free time he referees college, high school and youth hockey, coaches his kid’s teams in hockey, soccer and softball and collects miniature liquor bottles.   He currently resides in Chesterfield, MO with his wife, two daughters and one son.

Rick Luetkemeyer   Born and raised in St. Louis, MO (North County. After graduating with a BSME from Purdue University, Rick joined Rhodes Equipment in October 1990.  Initially hired to handle sales responsibilities for smaller industrial accounts and contractor plan & spec work, his duties now include utility customers (Ameren's Illinois plants, CWLP), larger industrial accounts and AEs in both Southern Illinois and Eastern Missouri.    In his free time he enjoys coaching his kid’s soccer teams and playing a little pick up soccer.   Rick is entering his 20th year as an employee of Rhodes Equipment Company.    He currently resides with his wife and children in O'Fallon, MO.

CRAIG TAPPERSON   Born and raised in South St. Louis County. Graduated in 1976 from Mehlville High School. Craig attended the University of Arkansas and received his BSME in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi and Pi Tau Sigma. While attending the University of Arkansas he was a diver on their swim team, receiving All Southwest Conference Honors.  In his spare time he coaches diving to college and highschool students.   Craig joined Rhodes Equipment Company after graduating in 1981. He is the oldest (senior) member of  the Rhodes team.   Craig is married to his wife Cindy (a part time receptionist for Rhodes). They have two children; one a graduate mechanical engineer for Archer Daniel Midland; and one a full time student majoring in Graphics Design and Business/ Marketing.   He currently resides in Oakville, MO.
